Boat slips on the LHG-owned paper streets are available for license to homeowners who are members of LHA and LHEPOA if there is a lack of available space at the marina owned by LHEPOA. Homeowners who are current slip-licensees are able to presumptively renew their licenses each year, subject to the rules governing slip licenses. When slips become available, they are offered on a first come, first serve basis to homeowners who have placed their names on the wait list for slips.  There are separate wait lists for homeowners on North Lake Drive and South Lake Drive, which can be found below:
